Abstract

Management and current human use in organizations in general are very important issues because they determines the effectiveness of all other activities in the organization. In order for businesses to survive and grow with the market economy at present, managers are required to know the exploitation and rational use of human resources of the business. This article focused on the study of employee loyalty and factors affecting employee loyalty at Chu Lai – Truong Hai transportation, logistics and automobile distribution limited liability company. Data which were collected from 260 surveyed employees were analyzed using multivariate regression models to identify and determine the factors affecting employee loyalty at the company. Based on the findings, solutions to improve employee loyalty were proposed.
