Abstract
The development of information technology in the field of administrative reform has accelerated the development of e-Government in Vietnam. In particular, the tax industry is developing rapidly with the electronic tax system. However, the success of this system depends on user’s satisfaction. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors affecting the satisfaction of businesses using the electronic tax system at the Tax Department of Thai Nguyen province through a survey of 148 enterprises. Collected data were analyzed using Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient analysis, exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the factors of information quality, security, ease of use and website quality have influences on the satisfaction of businesses.
