Abstract

Looking for the suitable candidates meeting requirements of jobs, organizational goals and culture in the pool of applicants is very difficult for any rectuiter.Traditional staffing based on task has shown many drawbacks and it requires new approachto support staffing practices more effectively. The main contents of paper include analysis of the difference from task-based to competence-based approach, the benefits, challenges and requirements of competence – based application. Besides, the paper suggests the competency-based model for organization to refer and apply for building new way to recruiting and selecting new potential empolyees.
