Abstract
The reform of administrative procedures in general and the reform of administrative procedures in natural resources and environment sector in particular are key task to create a favorable investment environment, and improve competitiveness. Bac Ninh province has made many breakthroughs in administrative procedures, including the establishment of the Bac Ninh Public Administration Center. Since its inception, the Bac Ninh Public Administration Center has contributed to the simplification of administrative procedures in general and the administrative procedure in natural resources and environment sector in particular. However, the reform of administrative procedures in natural resources and environment sector at the Center still faces some limitations that need improving in order to increase efficiency in settling administrative procedures, reducing troubles, cost and labor for people and enterprises. The article focuses on the limitations and the causes of the reform of administrative procedures in natural resources and environment sector in the Bac Ninh Public Administration Center and proposes some solutions to improve the reform of administrative procedures in natural resources and Environment sector at the Center.
