Abstract
With the purpose of creating an equal environment for local business, improving the tax policy, publicity, transparency and enhance the administration responsibilities of governmental tax agencies, in recent years, e-tax has been used largely in tax services in Thai Nguyen in a number of steps including tax declaration, tax paying and refunding. This is one of the solutions which return in multiple results and is one of the important foundation for the integration of e-tax in tax services in Thai Nguyen. However, e-tax services in Thai Nguyen province still has some limitations. This paper evaluates e-tax services in Thai Nguyen province to propose some solutions to develop the local e-tax services, which contribute to the success of the Government tax management program in 2020.
