Abstract
The results of the current situation of employment for female labor in Vietnam reveal some limitations and inadequacy. This has significantly caused the increasing gender inequality, hindering the socio-economic development, especially in the context of deepening global integration of the Vietnamese economy. This paper identifies the causes of constraints and inadequacy and proposes some solutions to improve employment policies for female labor in Viet Nam, contributing to the improvement of the effectiveness of state management, reducing the gender gap to promote the sustainable socio-economic development.
