Abstract
This article analyzes the realities of mortgage lending at BIDV – Thai Nguyen province branch. The article combines quantitative method with quantitative method to analyze the real situation of loan guarantee to find out the causes and determining factors affecting loan guarantee at BIDV – Thai Nguyen Branch. Ultimately, some solutions have been proposed for BIDV- Thai Nguyen branch to improve its lending business with secured assets, contributing to the efficiency improvement and stable growth of the bank and restriction of potentially bad loans.
