Abstract
The study applies the fundamental concepts of green leadership, environmental passion, value congruence, green behavior, along with previous research results in analyzing and evaluating factors affecting green behavior. The methods used in the study include qualitative research through discussions with experts to supplement or adjust the scale and research model to better suit the research context; and quantitative research through surveys of 220 officials and civil servants working at the Departments of Industry and Trade, statistical methods, Cronbach’s alpha reliability assessment, EFA factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research results show the impact level of green transformational leadership style on green behavior, the impact of green transformational leadership style on value congruence; environmental passion congruence and the impact of value congruence, environmental passion congruence on green behavior.
