Tác giả: Đàm Thanh Tú; Số trang: 10

Abstract
The proliferation of digital technologies is no longer a discretionary choice but has become an imperative for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to maintain relevance and respond effectively to the evolving expectations of customers. Digital transformation transcends the mere digitization of existing processes; it entails profound restructuring of business models, operational frameworks, and customer engagement mechanisms to generate novel value propositions. The objective of this study is to synthesize academic literature published in prestigious journals worldwide on digital transformation in SMEs. Specifically, the study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation, examine the methodologies employed by scholars in studying digital transformation within SMEs, compare the level of digital transformation across SMEs, analyze how factors based on the Technology-Organization-Environment framework influence enterprise digital transformation, and explore the impact of digital transformation on the performance of SMEs. Furthermore, this study will identify existing research gaps and propose new avenues for future research, aligning with the technological needs and development trends.
