Abstract
The continuous advancement of science and technology has driven artificial intelligence (AI) to become one of the most crucial technologies in business management. In particular, AI is increasingly being applied in human resource management (HRM), contributing to the digitization and automation of processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and business competitiveness. However, alongside its benefits, the application of AI also poses various challenges to traditional human resource management models. This article analyzes AI applications in human resource management, evaluates the opportunities and challenges, and proposes directions for businesses in Vietnam to leverage AI to optimize organizational management and improve HR efficiency.
