Abstract
The article uses a number of research methods such as questionnaire survey method, analysis and synthesis method to clarify the current situation of management of communal-level civil servants in Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province in the past. The research results show that besides the achieved results, the management of civil servants still has certain limitations such as: Planning and recruitment have not really ensured accuracy, fairness and transparency; Training and fostering activities are still scattered, the content is not close to practical needs; The arrangement and assignment of work is sometimes not suitable for capacity; Regimes and policies are not satisfactory; Inspection and examination work has not been carried out regularly and seriously. Thereby, the article has proposed a number of solutions to contribute to strengthening the management of communal-level civil servants in the coming time.
