Abstract
Implementing green production helps reduce pollution and greenhouse gas emissions while assisting businesses to save costs, reduce product prices, increase competitive advantages, and move towards sustainable development. However, implementing green production models in Vietnam faces many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors hindering the transition to green production in Vietnamese enterprises. The results of regression correlation analysis show three barriers: Organizational structure, Finance, and Legal regulations. On that basis, the author proposes several solutions to remove difficulties, contributing to promoting green production activities towards green and sustainable economic development.
