Abstract
Quang Ninh is a province with many advantages in agricultural development. In recent years, the province has implemented numerous policies supporting cooperatives in general and those participating in the development of products under the OCOP program. This has created new momentum and significant transformations for the development of cooperatives. However, the effectiveness of cooperatives engaged in the business of OCOP products in the province still faces various limitations. This article focuses on researching the current management capacity of cooperatives involved in the business of OCOP products in Quang Ninh Province. It proposes solutions to enhance the management capacity of cooperatives participating in the business development of OCOP products in Quang Ninh Province.
