Abstract
The article aims to maintain the brand for institutions training tourism human resources because studying the current status of factors affecting the studying enjoyment of students majoring in Tourism and Travel management is an extremely necessary issue at the present time. The authors use secondary and primary data to show the current situation of influencing factors. Research results show that learning environmental factors are the most important to be considered. Therefore, the researchers propose a number of solutions focusing on improving the learning environment in particular, and solutions at the department and university levels for developing high-quality human resources in general.
