Abstract
How to apply Herzberg’s two-factor theory to motivate direct employees at TNG Garment Branch in Dai Tu, Thai Nguyen today? To clearly see the current situation of this application at TNG Garment Branch in Dai Tu, Thai Nguyen, the article used a number of research methods like Analysis and synthesis method; Questionnaire survey method; In-depth interview method and data processing method. Research results have shown that the TNG Garment Branch in Dai Tu, Thai Nguyen has achieved certain results in applying Herzberg’s two-factor theory to create work motivation for direct employees at the Branch, but still not completely. On that basis, the article has proposed solutions that contribute to improving the efficiency of motivating direct employees at the Branch based on Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory in the coming time.
