Abstract
The Net Zero goal is having a strong impact on the world in all aspects of production, consumption and human life. The implementation of solutions to fulfill commitments to Net Zero is having a strong impact on the labor market and posing opportunities and challenges for the workforce, including some industries will be reduced and some core skills will appear that workers must have to adapt. This affects the development of human capital in enterprises. The article points out some theoretical issues about human capital, the process of creating human capital and developing human capital, and assessing the quality of human capital of yarn manufacturing enterprises. Thereby, it proposes some solutions to develop human capital of yarn manufacturing enterprises in the context of implementing Net Zero goals.
