Abstract
Through the survey of 231 employees of commercial banks in Danang city, this study applied the fundamental theories (Maslow’s pyramid of needs theory, Herzberg’s two-factor theory, Vroom’s expectation theory), and the literature to analyze the factors affecting work motivation. The author combines basic analysis in quantitative research such as statistics, Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient, explanatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression models from SPSS software. to conduct research on factors affecting the working motivation of employees at commercial banks in Danang city. The results show five factors affecting the working motivation of employees of commercial banks in Danang city, in which training and development has the strongest impact; followed by Working conditions; Evaluation of work results; Remuneration policy and Nature of work.
