Abstract
Social insurance is one of the two pillars of the social security system related to the rights, interests and responsibilities of many members of society.Management of the social insurance fund is a very important issue contributing to realizing the goal of rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization,. The article has focused on clarifying the current situation of social insurance fund management in Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province in the period of 2018 – 2022, and at the same time pointing out the limitations and causes leading to them. Thereby, it proposes some solutions to improve the management of social insurance funds at the Social Insurance Office in Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province in the period of 2023 – 2026.
