THE IMPACTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON JOB SATISFACTION OF HOTEL EMPLOYEES IN THAI NGUYEN

Abstract
The study analyzes the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction of employees, through a survey of 110 hotel staffs in Thai Nguyen. The quantitative research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient reliability test, EFA analysis, linear regression model analysis, and ANOVA analysis of variance, using the software SPSS 20. Research results show that there are 03 factors of organizational justice affecting the job satisfaction of hotel employees in Thai Nguyen, in descending order of importance: (1) distributive justice, (2) interpersonal justice between managers and employees, and (3) informational justice. The study also provides some valuable management implications for hotel managers in Thai Nguyen to improve employees’ job satisfaction, thereby attracting and retaining talented hotel employees.
