Abstract
To analyze the value chain of organic vegetables in Thai Nguyen province, the author uses traditional research methods such as statistics, comparison, economic analysis of the chain to generalize the situation of safe vegetable production and the activities of the farmers. components of the SV value chain in the study area; identify the safe vegetable value chain diagram and the link between actors participating in the value chain from the production process to the distribution of products to consumers. Through economic analysis of the broccoli value chain, Hoang Mai has determined the profits of the chain as well as the distribution of benefits for each actor participating in the value chain. At the same time, analyze the chain management activities to see the responsiveness, flexibility and quality of valuable products of Thai Nguyen province. However, the article also points out the existing limitations and its causes in the province’s SV value chain. From there, three groups of solutions are proposed to develop the value chain of organic waste in Thai Nguyen province in the coming time.
