Abstract
Social insurance is one of the two pillars of the social security system, which relates to the rights, interests and responsibilities of many people in a society, contributing to attaining the goal of prosperity, democracy, justice and civilization. The management of social insurance fund is very important. The article focuses on clarifying the current situation of social insurance fund management in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province in the period from 2017 to 2021, and points out limitations and causes. Thereby, a number of solutions are proposed, including well performing the planning of revenue and expenditure of funds; Completing the process of collecting – spending funds; Strengthening the inspection, linking sanctions with timely commendation; Strictly managing the beneficiaries and expanding the development of social insurance participants to contribute to improving the efficiency of social insurance fund management at the Social Insurance in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province in the period from 2022 to 2025.
