Abstract
Combining research objectives with the application of scientific research methods, the article has solved a number of important issues such as: Clarifying the current situation of urban planning management in Tuyen Quang city for the period from 2018 to 2020, which is a basis for making assessments and proposing solutions to strengthen urban planning management in Tuyen Quang city in the coming time. The research results show that the urban planning management in Tuyen Quang city still has the following shortcomings: Urban planning has not paid attention to surveying the needs and aspirations of the people in the planning area; The forms of publicizing urban planning are not diversified; Some projects have been approved by competent authorities without comprehensive implementation plans; The implementation of investment and construction of the infrastructure system still lacks resources to comply with the approved planning.
