Tác giả: Phan Minh Đức, Dương Ngọc Anh; Số trang: 10

Abstract
Digital transformation (DX) is an indispensable task that all of the enterprises, not limited to Viet Nam small and medium enterprises (SMEs), have to fulfill in the current globalisation context. Nevertheless, what kinds of impacts that the so-called DX process lays on the ability of enterprises in expressing their corporate social responsibilities (CSR), especially with the case of the SMEs, have not been in thorough considerations. Therefore, this paper approaches the development and transformation of Viet Nam SMEs into their cyber-space in the period from 2017 to 2021 with some chosen qualitative researching methods. Therein, from the perspectives of economic management, the research has revealed the current plight of the Viet Nam SME community in lacking necessary resources to conduct that DX, requiring the support from both Vietnamese Government and the international development projects. Simultaneously, analyses of DX process also point out the implications on companies’ CSR regarding its stakeholders like employees, business partners, communities, government, environment and other living species.
