Abstract
The study aims to analyze the factors affecting the work motivation of Sacombank’s employees – Kien Giang Branch. The study conducted a survey of 141 employees using a convenience sampling technique. The analytical methods include acceptable Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for a particular scale, exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression. The research results show that there are four factors that have positive impacts on employees’ work motivation, with decreasing magnitude as (1) Work pressure, (2) Job characteristics, (3) Colleague (4) Salary, bonus and benefits. Finally, the study proposes recommendations that can help managers increase employees’ work motivation.
