Abstract
The study investigates how the factors of organizational culture have effects on the employees’ engagement with their institutions at the regional joint stock commercial banks in Thai Nguyen province through surveying 180 staff. The methods of Cronbach’s Alpha analysis for reliability, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multiple regression were used with the SPSS program. The results show that elements like Organizational Communication, Teamwork, Training and Development, Reward and Recognition, Fairness and Consistency of Governance Policies affect the employees’ engagement with their institutions. Reward and recognition have the greatest impacts on employees’ engagement. The fairness and consistency in governance has fewer impacts. The results of this study provide joint stock commercial banks (JSCBs) useful information about factors affecting employees’ engagement, which is the basis for these banks to develop policies in order to enhance the employees’ engagement.
