Abstract
This study analyzes and evaluates the current situation of management and implementation of incentive policies for revolution meritorious people in Cam Pha, Quang Ninh. The analyses are based on the secondary data in the period 2017-2019 on developing plans to implement incentive policies; popularizing and propagating; assigning and coordinating in the implementation of incentive policies for meritorious people; maintaining the policies; monitoring and inspecting the implementation of the policies. Therefrom, the study proposes some solutions to overcome the limitations and improve the implementation of incentive policies, contributing to improving the lives of the revolution meritorious people in Cam Pha.
