MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS FUNDED BY THE STATE BUDGET IN DISTRICT-LEVEL AREAS: A CASE STUDY IN SONG CONG CITY, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract
This research analyzes the situation of managing construction investment projects using state budget capital in a district administrative unit through both secondary and primary data. The article provides scientific and practical bases to Project Management Units, Directors of Project Management Units of People’s Committee to study and refer in improving the efficiency of managing construction investment projects using the State budget. In addition, with the proposed policy recommendations, it will improve the management of construction investment projects using the State budget, contributing to the effective use of the State budget at the district level.
