Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the current situation of recruiting personnel of Thagaco International Joint Stock Company, the article has given 5 solutions as follows: Develope detailed, flexible and scientific recruitment plans for each stage and period; Conduct post-recruitment evaluation; Improve qualifications of the staff in charge of recruiting; Create “Brand” human resources to retain employees; Invest in recruitment resources. In addition, the article also proposes a number of recommendations to the Board of Directors of the company and to the Administration Department – Human Resources to contribute to improving the efficiency of the personnel recruitment of the Company in the coming time.
