FACTORS AFFECTING THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN INDUSTRIAL ZONES IN HAI DUONG PROVINCE

Abstract
This study analyzes factors affecting the human resource development of enterprises in industrial zones of Hai Duong province. Using the ordinary least-squares method, this research has empirically shown that job quality assessment, rewarding, recognition, human resource training, job motivation, working environment, and support from businesses managers and authorities are factors that play an important role in the human resource development of enterprises in industrial zones in Hai Duong province. Among the above factors, job motivation and work quality assessment are the two most important ones. Therefore, in the coming time, enterprises in the industrial zones of Hai Duong province should focus on developing work quality assessment activities and having policies to motivate employees as well as promote the development of human resource in the enterprises.
