Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find solutions to improve the quality of managers of the Women’s Union of all levels in Dien Bien province. The authors use research methods such as descriptive statistics, statistical groups, comparisons to analyze and assess the situation and factors affecting the quality of the management of the managerial staff of all levels in Women’s Union in Dien Bien province from 2016 to 2018. Concurrently, we point out the achievements, limitations and causes to the quality of the managerial staff. Then, the authors propose four solutions to improve the quality of the managers of the Women’s Union in Dien Bien Province, contributing to the successful implementation of tasks in the new situation.
