Abstract
Today, Traphaco Joint Stock Company is the leading enterprise in Vietnam’s pharmaceutical industry. The company’s main production and business fields are pharmaceuticals, chemicals, supplies and medical equipment. Financial analysis through the indicators on the financial statements plays an important role in providing financial information for the operation and management of enterprise owners and supporting the stakeholders’s decision making process. This paper analyses the financial statements of Traphaco in general and the financial indicators in particular. Then, it suggests some solutions to improve the efficiency of the corporation.
