EFFECTS OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ON EMPLOYEE’S COMMITMENT AND TURNOVER INTENTION AT COMPANIES IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract
This study examines the influence of corporate social responsibility on employees’ commitment. The total of 250 participants who are employees of the hotels in Thai Nguyen province, Vietnam took part in this research. The results suggest that corporate social responsibility has a significantly positive influence on employee’s commitment. In particular, the hotels with higher level of social or environmential consideration may achieve higher employee’s commitment. With the good perception about hotel images, employees may commit to work for hotels for long time. From the research results, some managerial implications were proposed to help hotels in Thai Nguyen province to increase employees’ commitment and performance.
