Abstract
Through the analysis of human resource management in the Northeast Geological Division – Thai Nguyen province, it shows that human resource management at the Division has attained some achievements: human resource planning is good; work arrangement is scientific and suitable with the profesional level of employees, the content of vocational training is suitable with job requirements and the development orientation of the Division; welfare policy is good, etc. However, there are some limitations in human resource management at the Division. In the paper, some solutions have been proposed to improve human resource management at the Division in the coming time.
