SOLUTION TO PROMOTE PRIVATE ECONOMIC SECTOR AFTER THE RESOLUTION OF THE PROGRAM 5 TERM XII

Abstract
The paper focuses on clarifying the position and role of the private economic sector. This is an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market economy in Vietnam today. Based on an overview of the current state of the private economic sector after more than two years of implementing the Program 5 Term XII (Resolution No.10-NQ/TW), the author proposes four main solutions to continue promoting the development of private economic sector in the near future.
