Abstract
Among civil and economic disputes, the contract dispute accounts for the largest proportion, including credit contract dispute between a customer and a commercial bank. There are many types of disputes such as disputes over interest, disbursement, security asset handling… especially the disputes regarding the determination of the subject of credit activity. This type of dispute is relatively common and complicated. Therefore, mastering the legal provisions on subjects of credit activity will reduce disputes as well as help solve those disputes.
