Abstract
Agriculture and rural development are always important issues in Bac Ninh province’s strategy. The province has developed a system of steering committees for the national target program on new-style rural building at all levels, promptly advising leaders to promote program implementation. After 3 years (2016 – 2018) of implementing the project of the national target program on new-style rural building in the period of 2016 – 2020 in Bac Ninh province, despite the achieved positive results, the project still has many problems that require evaluation to find solutions to achieve the objectives set in the project. The paper focuses on analyzing the achievements in implementing Bac Ninh province’s new-style rural building program, limitations and causes; thereby proposes solutions to implement the new-style rural building program more effectively.
