Abstract
Industry development in general and industrial enterprises development in particular are an important strategy in the economic development of each locality because of the increasing and direct impacts on economic growth through promoting the business spirit, creativity and economic dynamism, and creating value chains associated with large businesses. Industrial enterprises play an increasingly important role with contributions to growth through the development of supporting industries and satellite enterprises, contributing to the development of a balanced and stable society. Thai Nguyen has developed and implemented many supportive policies for enterprises that play a key role in the province through the reform of administrative procedures, construction of transport infrastructure systems, industrial promotion activities, vocational training,…to support the development of this type of business. This study analyses the status of industrial enterprise development and the policy of supporting industrial enterprises of Thai Nguyen government in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0.
