Abstract
Social responsibility receives much attention from researchers and managers. This article analyzes the impact of social responsibility on the turnover intention of employees in brick manufacturing enterprises in Thai Nguyen. Research results indicate that the corporates’ awareness of social responsibility including economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and charitable responsibility negatively influences employees’ turnover intention. When employees are highly aware of the social responsibility of the enterprises, they tend to work for a longer time, reducing their intention to quit their jobs. The research results also help business managers in brick manufacturing companies in Thai Nguyen province have important solutions to make employees have a long-term commitment to the company.
