Abstract
The industrial enterprise is a category that has been studied by many domestic and foreign authors because of its contribution to and influence on the national economy. In particular, finding the factors affecting the development of industrial enterprises is extremely important to help build solutions that promote the effects of beneficial factors and limit the disadvantageous factors to the development of industrial enterprises. This study is based on an overview of domestic and foreign researches to build an analytical framework to analyze factors affecting the development of industrial enterprises in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province. The results of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multivariate regression model have proved 5 factors affecting the development of industrial enterprises in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province. They are business environment, financial capacity, technological level, marketing policies and human resources.
