Abstract
Labor outsourcing is a common practice and has become the trend in the use of labor in many countries for many years. In Vietnam, labour outsourcing is relatively new and was officially recognized in the Labour Code 2012. In fact, the rights of outsourced labor have not been fully respected, while the legal framework in labor outsourcing has not been clear enough. Thus, the crucial requirement is to improve regulations on protecting the legitimate rights and interests for outsourced employees in order to promote fairness and efficiency in labor market.
