Abstract
Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Thai Nguyen Branch has developed its strategies and initially has pursued positive results in the development of e-banking services. Sales from e-banking continue to increase, and customers are more diversified. However, despite attempts through the media, publicity and guidance for users, customer support has been insufficient and timely; the comprehension of people about e-banking services is limited. Therefore, the e-banking service at the branch has not really developed. Based on the analysis and evaluation of e-banking service development, the paper proposes some solutions to impulse the growth of e-banking services of Military Bank – Thai Nguyen Branch
