Abstract
Public service plays an enormous role in the market economy. Improving the quality of public service contributes significantly to supporting, promoting, as well as raising the performance of businesses, especially in the context where industrial zones are being widely developed. This paper studied the public service activities in the management unit of industrial zones in Thai Nguyen. Based on the analysis of assessment by businesses on the quality of public services, this paper proposed some solutions to improve the quality of these services and contribute to building an open and supportive public environment for businesses in the industrial zones to flourish.
