Abstract
The allocation of time of each individual affects the socio-economic development. With the same time limit, women and men have different ways for allocation. While men often allocate more time for work than women on weekdays and weekends, women often spend more time caring for their children, serving family activities, resulting in less spare time, less socializing involvement and less friends gathering than men. This allocation affects the success of women at work. In order to gain a balance in life, particularly for women, the sharing of housework should be encouraged and positive changes in the allocation of time among men women and men are of great importance.
