Abstract
Foreign direct investment (FDI) has played an important role in boosting Vietnam’s economic growth. Vietnam has signed various international agreements and treaties related to global integration such as FTA with Korea, Vietnam – Japan Economic Partnership Agreement, Vietnam – Chile FTA, Comprehensive ASEAN Investment Agreement (ACIA), and the most recent Comprehensive Partnership and Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). However, attracting foreign direct investment has always been a a great concern of Vietnam’s economic affairs. This paper focused on some solutions to attract FDI into Vietnam which were based on the analysis of FDI attraction in Vietnam in the new context.
