Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the factors affecting the motivation of employees in construction companies – a case sudy in Thai Nguyen Transportation Construction and Management Joint Stock Company – based on the model of factor analysis (EFA) and multiple regression. Results reveal that among the seven factors that are analyzed (income, working conditions, welfare, training and promotion opportunities, leadership, co-workers and compliance with policies, objectives and company culture), two factors that affect the job satisfaction of an employee include co-workers and income and welfare.
