Abstract
Human resource is one of the most important factors that plays a decisive role in the production, operation and growth of any enterprises. Therefore, human resources development is one of the key tasks of all enterprises in general and businesses of power production in particular. This paper analyzes the current situations of human resource management of Cao Ngan – TKV Thermo Power Company based on the system of regular practices, and then proposes solutions to improve the human resources development of the company in the future.
