Abstract
Human resources have always been considered as the most important resource to bring competitive advantages and also the determining factor of the growth of the business. The article brought out the analytical model of the impact of the factors including capital, the value of production, wages, capital investment per labor of businesses based on the census of businesses in Thai Nguyen province. Through the model analysis, the article reviewed the impact of specific factors to labor demand. The results obtained could be one of the important foundations for the formulation of appropriate policy system on labor.
