Abstract
The article analyzes the current situation of attracting investment in Quang Ninh province to determine the reasons for investors to choose Quang Ninh as a good destination for investment. The paper points out that Quang Ninh has the largest capital inflows in the northern region, amounting to over 30 trillion dong annually over the past three years. Quang Ninh has climbed up one step to the second place in 63 provinces and cities in terms of excellent efficiency in economic management as compared to 2015, maintaining four consecutive years in the top five provinces and cities that has made the best economic governance in the country, and ranking the first in the Red River Delta. The article has revealed that the important reasons for Quang Ninh to attract investors include the improvement of the investment and business environment and the upgrade of the economic infrastructure system.
