Abstract
This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the relationships between digital leadership, digital technology adoption, digital transformation commitment, and innovation capability in Vietnamese processing enterprises. PLS-SEM approach was employed to test a structural path model incorporating knowledge sharing as a mediating variable and digital transformation commitment as a moderating variable. The results reveal that knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationships between digital leadership, digital technology adoption, and firms’ innovation capability. Furthermore, digital transformation commitment exerts a positive moderating effect, strengthening the influence of knowledge sharing on innovation capability. These findings highlight that internal digital practices not only have direct effects but also interact and mutually reinforce each other, thereby enhancing innovation capability in processing enterprises. Based on the empirical results, the study offers several managerial implications to foster digital leadership and promote a digital knowledge-sharing culture throughout the digital transformation process.
