Abstract
Abstract: The objective of this study is to identify factors affecting the behavioral use of artificial intelligence (AI) in learning among students in Ho Chi Minh City. The authors conducted a questionnaire survey with 295 students who used AI in learning, and applied Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression for data analysis. The results indicated that attitude towards using, favorable conditions, quality of information systems, and perceived usefulness positively influence AI usage behavior, whereas technological anxiety has a negative effect. Among these factors, attitude towards use is the most influential factor, followed by favorable conditions, quality of information systems, and perceived usefulness. The proposed model explains approximately 54,3% of the variance in students’ AI usage behavior. These findings provide managerial implications for promoting more effective AI adoption in higher education.
